Four identities in Tasmania’s racing industry have been charged.
Prominent harness trainer Ben Yole and his brother Tim have been charged for the mistreatment of horses and issued show cause notices regarding remaining licensed.
It’s in the wake of findings delivered by an independent stewards panel which investigated animal welfare and race fixing allegations raised by racing integrity specialist Ray Murrihy.
