The Parliamentary Standing Committee on Public Works will hear submissions this week on the proposed redevelopment of the Montello Primary School.
The $9.5 million redevelopment will deliver contemporary learning spaces, new outdoor learning and play areas, additional bathrooms, reconfiguration of the school’s entry and exit ways, and improved pick-up, and drop-off zones for students.
Ramps and a lift will also be installed to greatly improve accessibility across the site.

The public hearing will be held at the Cradle Coast Authority conference room in Burnie on Wednesday at 2 pm.
